Distance works simply: the closer you are to Talbot County, the easier the logistics, and local Easton-area deliveries are the quickest of all. Farther out, we just plan the delivery window with you in advance. Either way the trailer arrives clean, gets leveled and set up by our own family team, and is serviced on a schedule that fits your event or project.

One rule of thumb for any venue

Wherever your event is, the site questions are the same three we always ask: a reasonably level spot the truck can reach, a power source nearby or a generator, and water on site or an onboard tank. Most venues on the Shore, from working farms to yacht clubs, pass all three without any drama, and if yours is unusual, we will figure it out on the phone before anything gets booked.

County by county

Talbot County is home. Easton, St. Michaels, Oxford, Trappe, Royal Oak, Tilghman, Cordova: these are the deliveries we can make quickest, and where most of our wedding and event work happens. If your venue is on this list, assume the answer is yes and the logistics are easy.

Queen Anne's County, from Kent Island and Stevensville across to Centreville and Queenstown, is an everyday delivery for us, and the wedding venues along the bay side keep our trailers busy all season. The same goes for Caroline County, Denton, Ridgely, Federalsburg and the farm venues between them, where we handle both events and longer job-site rentals.

Dorchester County brings us across the Choptank to Cambridge and the waterfront properties beyond it, and Kent County takes us north through Chestertown. Both are comfortably inside our range, and both see us regularly for weddings, festivals, and construction work.

Past the Shore itself, the roughly 100-mile reach is real: we have delivered toward Annapolis, Baltimore, Washington DC, and the far side of the bridge is a normal trip, not a special request. The honest rule: if you are anywhere on the Delmarva peninsula or within a morning's drive of Talbot County, call before you assume we do not reach you, because we probably do.

Across all of these counties the venues repeat: waterfront estates and yacht clubs, working farms and barns, town parks and main-street festivals, church grounds, wineries, and plain backyards. We have set trailers at all of them, and the site conversation is always the same three questions, level ground the truck can reach, power nearby or a generator, and water or an onboard tank. When a venue is tricky, a long gravel lane, a tight gate, a sloped lawn, telling us early is all it takes; we have yet to meet a Shore venue that could not be worked out with a little planning.

Whatever the venue and wherever it sits on the map, the delivery is the same family, the same equipment standard, and the same promise: the trailer is clean, level, stocked, and running before your first guest or first crew member needs it.
